Me too. I can't find a button that allows me to upload one. The "Browse" link only takes me to the your own avatars. I have tried it Firefox, Chrome and IE. What did I miss?

Great website… deserves to be successful.
A while ago you wrote… "The profile pages are being updated right now, to create a better way to promote yourself, and this should go live in the next few weeks".
